6. Payments, Pricing & Refunds

• Advance payments may be required to confirm bookings
• Payments once made are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on service type and stage of completion
• For equipment or drone rentals, additional security deposits may apply

7. Equipment & Drone Rental Terms

Users renting equipment or drones agree to:

• Use equipment responsibly and legally
• Return equipment in original condition
• Be liable for any damage, loss, or misuse
• Follow all safety and regulatory guidelines

Crunchy Entertainment is not responsible for damages caused due to misuse of rented equipment.
